First Time :: Cooking!! :: Part [1]

Well, specifically speaking, this was my first time cooking a REAL DISH.

My definition of a REAL DISH is:
Something that contains MEAT, VEGGIES, and some CARBOHYDRATES.

I've cooked simple things like fried eggs, cup noodles, fried rice (the really plain one), frozen sausages, toast, and I'm real good at making desserts and drinks.

But never! Never in my life have I cooked a REAL DISH.

In school, there's this subject that covers topics similar to those in subjects in Home Ec. To pass the grade, we have to pass this subject, along with other subjects. (Duh)

In order to pass this subject, we need to complete a whole bunch of different tests. Cooking was one of them.

This cooking activity needs to be done in groups.
So, me and my two besties were already set.

Oh, but wait!

"Each group needs to have at least a male and a female in it," says the teacher.

So basically, we were screwed.

But then comes my second cousin to the rescue.
He practically just forced himself into the group. Just like that. And no one noticed!
Sly bastard.

After discussing (arguing) about this and that, and what we should cook, and whatnot, we decided to cook spaghetti carbonara.
I  really did not want to cook carbonara.
Why?
Well, because I really have this thing against creamy, milky, white stuff.
Whatever thing we cook, will end up as our lunch for the day.
So that's one more reason why I was really against cooking the dish.

But I couldn't put up much of a fight because I lost the argument.
I lost in Rock, Paper, Scissors.

TBC...

Lazing Around

^ This makes me happy, for some reason. (If you can't see it, click here)

Well, since I don't really have anything important to do (I do, but like hell am I doing any of them), I wanted to just laze around and do whatever I feel like doing.

I changed header. See?
Now it's "I write to express, not impress" rather than the old "I'm weird. Live with it"

I honestly thought that I was the first one who thought of that quote. But then google just had to prove me wrong.

I mean seriously, I thought of that quote when I was in the shower.

How on earth am I to know that the thoughts I have in the shower were already on the internet before I even thought of it

Sheesh.

Oh look, it's lunch time. Food...

I'll write and post later on today, but for now, I just want to take it easy. Found a new manga to read, so that's something to do.

Check it out, it's called Kagami no Kuni no Harisugawa. Romance, Comedy, Shounen. Oh, and slight ecchi for those perverted fans out there.

Tata~

Oh, I fail so much...

Well, this is just great.

An hour ago, I went to my school. My music teacher said we'd have class today to substitute the class on Wednesday.
I went because I'm a good kid. Lol, no. I was just scared of skipping.
My mom was just about to leave for work, so I hitched a ride with her.
As soon as I reached the school, I headed for the music room. In the hallway, there were these two seniors who were looking at me all weird-like and all. I ignored them and went on into Block B, where the special classrooms are at. By special, I mean, classrooms with tools, and equipments and whatnot. Like, the labs, and art studio and etc.

Not a single soul was in sight. Not that I'm able to souls or anything...
I kept walking towards the room, but then I changed my mind.

Pretty, eh?

Haha, when I was walking home, I passed by a few people. They were giving me weird stares, and I was just pretending I didn't see them. See how good of an actor I am?
I saw this pair of Dad and son jogging downhill, and for some reason, my eyes automatically stalked them. Almost stepped on some animal's droppings. (_ _ ")

I sneaked into the house, changed my clothes, and then....

I took a nap.

-THE END!!-

Good Morning!!

Morning, people. How you doin?

I'm bored, and I got a class in an hour, so I'm just spending my time here, on the Internet.

Nice.

The Internet is taking over my life!! People, run for your lives!!

Oh wait, everyone here has been taken over by the Internet. Nevermind...

I slept at 1-something AM.

Yesterday, I slept at 2-3 AM.

Lately, I've been going to bed seriously late. And now, I have to pay for my actions...

 Eyebags! Yes, eyebags.

Dark circles underneath my red eyeballs and with my hair all fuzz-like, I look like a drug addict.

OMG! It's a Kesha cosplay!!

Though, my hair is a different colour.

Will I get sued for using her name...?

Aah well.

...

When you wake up, remember to drink a glass of water. It'll help clean your insides.

But beware, afterwards, you may have to use the bathroom and crap.

Oops, that was vulgar. Sorry. =3=

I'm hungry.

Food, oh food, here I come!!

Bye~

Sunday, 2 October 2011

Sorry, dude!!

This...

It's a ball. Obviously.
 ...is a ball.

I found it in this basket full of balls (...that sounded wrong...) while we (me, mom, and lil' sisters) were doing the grocery shopping.

I was having a ball (see what I did there? *nudge nudge*) with this toy and all, until my baby sister saw me play with it. She was whining and I didn't know how to shut her up, so in the end, I had to hand the ball over to her. My ball... ;3;

She started playing the ball and ended up hitting a bunch of stuff, so my mom took the ball and shoved it somewhere in the soap section, I think.

Bad move.

That little 6-year old sister of mine wanted my mom to feel her pain, so she started to rebel. But her rebelling wasn't one of those temper tantrums, it was just refusing to walk.
After some time, she gave up and reverted back to her cheery self. With the help of me, of course. And then, when we were at the vegetable section, I lost sight of both of my sisters. They came back moments later with none other than the same ball that I found earlier!

Let's just say that I got excited as well, and we started playing catch. Yeah, I joined the game too, but I did it discreetly. When the ball was thrown my way, I thought I would be able to catch it.

I was wrong.

It rolled off, and I turned around to catch it. There was a person coming my way to sweep the floor, so I kicked the ball to the opposite direction. Then, when I was close enough, I bended down and picked the ball up.

Somewhere along the way up, I lost my gripping, and the ball went flying and hit this guy.
And everything went slow motion.

When the ball was on its way to hit his face
...oh shit, it hit him. Run!!

He didn't expect the ball to come hit him (well, duh) and so, his face when he had this really ... how should I say this... weird face...? Lol.

I managed to run away with the ball, and yes, I said "I'm sorry".
I hope they heard it.

He looked like he was younger than me. The guy was with a whole bunch of women, probably his sisters, or aunts or whatever. I'm pretty sure they saw what happened too. I took a peek at them and they looked pretty amused with what just happened.
I can't stop replaying it in my head.
As much as I feel bad about this, I can't help but laugh. It's hysterical!
I can't even...

Poor kid...

First Time :: Having Someone from Class Say Goodbye!! :: Part [1]

Sorry for the misleading title. I have had classmates say goodbye to me, yes. But this is in a different category; this time, it’s a dude. (I’m not even close with him)

See, this thing kinda has to do with the first time I voice acted
this was actually BECAUSE of it.

That day, we had two chances of practicing for our act. It was raining the whole day. After out second rehearsal, the bell rang, signaling the end of school for the week.

Raindrops lightening as students bustled towards the gate to exit the school compound. Some were searching for a spot to stay dry in the crowded area under the specially built roof (?), while others were running towards the vehicles awaiting them.

Originally, I had wanted to hitch a ride with a friend of mine, but unfortunately, she went on ahead without me.

Damn woman.

So, I just stood there, with my other close friend. She was waiting for her neighbor to pick her up. We chatted for quite a bit as we watched the crowd lessen minute by minute. Then, I realized something.

Even if I wait with her, I'm not going home with her. In the end, I'll still walk home alone. So why was I waiting with her in the first place?

Upon realizing my idiocy, I bade my farewell and made my way across the zebra-crossing. Tough the rain had lightened up a bit, the sky was still dark and gloomy. But even so, I didn't feel depressed or down, rather, I felt calm and peaceful.
I was in absolute bliss just walking in the rain.

The cool touch of the wind grazing my skin and the sound of rain splashing against the ground were one of many reasons why I wish I had moments like this more often.

As I was floating in my own wonderland, minding my own business like I should (well, that's a first) , a car drove by on the street beside me. It was driving at quite a slow speed - perhaps out of safety reasons? My eyes lazily follow the car and rested at the open window and the person peeping out of it. What kind of person opens the window of their car while it's raining?

It turns out that it was the guy who's playing the main character; the guy I'm voicing for.
Both of us took a moment to evaluate the situation when our eyes met. Apparently, he has a faster reaction than mine.

"Hi, [Name]!" he says, waving at me with a goofy smile. Just like a little kid.

I wasn't expecting such an action, so I awkwardly raised up my right hand and waved back. I have no idea of what my expression looked like.
My guess is that it was something like this: \(o_o)

Nice.

I kept a stoic face as he retreated inside the car and I watched the car drive off and kept on walking.
