All's well then ends well.

Well. Yesterday definitely did not go as planned.

After my exams, the agenda for my day was to have a quick visit to C2AGE at Tropicana Mall to buy things.

However, it turns out that the stalls won't be there until today and tomorrow.

So, dissapointed with myself for not looking for further information, I went and visited Borders and got a few books.

Then we went down again because we saw more cosplayers arriving. Took pictures and then my mind wandered over to the section right near where the cosplayers were hanging. The place sold so many cool stuffs imported straight from the land of the rising sun - Japan.

We. Bought. A. Lot.

Then we ate Papa John's pizza and left. The end.

Though, the day was a bit of a bummer since I didn't get to watch the most anticipated episode of Secret Garden on TV - the one where they switch bodies. Sigh, that on was the most disappointing thing I had this week.

Also, why is it that studying is so haaaaaaaaaard?! TAT

It kills a little bit of me every time.

Exams end on Thursday, though. Yaaaaaaaay!

END.

C2AGE 2012 - Friday, 18th May 2012.

I visited C2AGE held at Tropicana mall yesterday to meet the person who made the awesome Russia badge I bought at last year's CF - the one I lost.
This one.
But when I got there - after a lot of problematic redundancies going about my household - there were zero stalls to be found. There was a stage, though.

And on that stage was a person with a blond wig moving about and lip-syncing. I'm almost certain that it was Satsuki (Not Natsu because he looked more... powerful) from UtaPri.

Very bad close-up shot I got, but it was too late; he was already headed down stage.

I apologize for bad shots. You know how bad I am with a camera! ><;

Moving on, the next person up stage was another cosplayer, but with a red wig. As if the colour of the wig and the upbeat energy the person had was not enough, I got another hint that the person was cosplaying I think it was.

The stereo blasted a song I knew all to well even with me only playing it twice.

Brand New Melody.

Otoya Ittoki.

Utapri.

My guesses of who these people portrayed were proven right when we stumbled across these:

You know how shy I am to ask for pictures, don't you? So in the end, I only took pictures from afar. >//<

The mingling cosplayers.

Taking pictures. Like a boss CCTV.

 Pedo-bear spam!:

Why do I keep thinking these two would make the best of friends? Pedo-bear and the Joker?

Cosplayers spam!:

Prettiest Len ever!

I think this is the most loveliest and elegant Miku cosplay I've seen live.

Beautiful! (^^)b

Then my aunt wanted to go check out the Japanese merchandise selling nearby so we had to go. There you have it, my mini-visit to C2AGE 2012's concert launch or something...

I'm thinking of going again this Sunday. Anyone with me?

It's irking me. IRKING ME.

Everything is irking me.

 IRKING ME!

The exams are irking me, my room is irking me, my sister is irking me, I am irking me, THIS FONT IS IRKING ME.

Okay. Better.

I am feeling so very irritated at the moment, so stuffy too. I was fine mere minutes ago, all snuggled up in my comforting striped duvet, ready to study science for my exams tomorrow. But now. Now I am irked. I have been irked. I still am irked.

P.s. I love this word. Hahahahahaha ._.

I need another cold shower.

Yesterday, when I was irked -more irked than today- I took a cold shower and went to bed. The next morning, my heart was cooled. I want to do that, but if I sleep, then when will I study? OR maybe you could study now instead of updating yer stupid blog.

See? Now I am irking myself! My irked self is irking me. HEEEEELP.

My room is so stuffy at the moment, thanks to everything being moved into it because there are guests in the house - Tok Nyeh, my grandma, grandfather and my youngest aunt.

I like having them here, I really really do. HOWEVER. Why is my room the victim of all this junk! >A<

I have one more week to go before the exams are over and done. Until then, I don't want to see myself touch this computer. EVER. Lol, but there are other computers in the house.

I'm planning on devoting all my time to reading textbooks and reference books and making audio tapes out of them, then listening to them as I do other stuffs. Then complete every single one of the exercise books in the nearest bookshop.

THEN. Once my PMR is over, I. Will. Do. EVERYTHING.

Oh look. I made this.

Sheesh. Mr. Narrator is so edgy. = 3 =

I shall flee now. Farewell, my lovelies.

Bai.

Anime Fiesta Kuala Lumpur 2012 :: Loot!

I've used "Anime Fiesta Kuala Lumpur 2012" and "AFKL 2012" too often now that it makes me sick. Ah, but what can I do? The little number of visitors to the event won't write nothing about it and it makes me feel as though I have a duty to report about it since I attended the event myself. Though this is probably the last post related to the event. I'll update more if I find anything interesting. For now, let's just be done with it.

Anime Fiesta Kuala Lumpur 2012

Right, so here's the awaited post on my trip to the so-called "largest anime event ever!"
Didn't take as much pictures as I did at last year's CF, but I managed to capture enough to make a post of it. Anyways, enjoy?

Anime Fiesta Kuala Lumpur - so, what happened?

So in the end, despite all those rumours about it not existing, the event really did happen. This is just sorta like a preview post since I'm not gonna get the pictures from Fafrina until after Tuesday, so please be patient.

The event was supposed to be held at KLCC, with double the number of halls that Comic Fiesta 2011 had. However, it was said that due to a few problems, the venue was changed to Berjaya Times Square, on the 14th floor, with a hall about a quarter of what was promised.

The promised goodie bags that were supposed to be handed to each of the SuperPass holders were said to be mailed to their homes instead of given on the spot due to some printing problems and whatnot. Not sure whether I should be looking out for the packages or save myself from the disappointment of not having them.

Although I sound really pessimistic about the whole deal, I must admit, there were some really awesome things that I got from this experience. I mean, for one thing, I got to meet Darell Guilbeau. He was a really awesome person who was also very nice. It was an honor to have been his helper, be it for a very short time. He's very talented and funny, too. Gave me a DRRR post card, which was the best thing that ever happened to me this year. I couldn't thank him enough!

Went today (the second day), but he wasn't there this time. Wonder why...

And then there was this big booth that was all about NEWS, a really awesome Jpop group who makes really great songs and has really hawt/cute members. I love that there are mini-groups inside of the group. For example, Tegomass is really cool (I mainly love them because they sang Kimi+Boku=Love, which was the OP for LoveCom).

You know what, I'll just end it here. Won't want to give spoilers for the actual post with pictures that I'll post sometime soon. Meanwhile, I gotta go digging in Wikipedia for info on Prussia. I'm doing my BM Oral test about it and I'm pretty clueless on some of its basic history. =_=

AFKL - a hoax?

2 weeks ago, I received a package. In it, was the Anime Fiesta Kuala Lumpur tickets that I accidentally bought during my moment of ignorance in February. Each order is placed inside their own respective envelopes. In each envelope, there are these:

There is just one ticket in each envelope, but in the picture above, I placed another ticket beside it to show you the backside of the card. As you can see, in an evelope, you'll receive a ticket -duh- a business card and that thing that you wear on your neck. (Sorry, I don't remember what it's called. >_>)

Anyways, my mother and I went to KLCC on Tuesday and she asked the counter about whether or not this thing actually exists. The person called someone - probably the higher ups - and asked them about the situation to which they confirmed the issue.

Honestly, I don't know what to believe anymore. There's people supporting the idea with their lives, and then there's people denying the whole thing. Of course, I know that it doesn't really matter anymore since the tickets are already bought, but I'd like some clearing up around here.

All I could say now is just that I shouldn't get my hopes up on anything. I don't want to stress on this, I just want to see what happens. Let it all play out on its own.

Also, if you're interested, here's a close up on the business card I got. Dunno if that helps with anything, but yeah..

T_T

I told my mother about the scam. She took it well - surprisingly. While I, didn't.

The guilt I felt was overwhelming. The fact that I made my mother lose such an amount of money. Money that could be used to fund her and the family's living expenses.

She was mellow about it. But I felt that I deserved something as punishment. So, my subconscious self sabotaged me, torturing me and my thoughts and made me suffer. Nah, I'm just being dramatic. Basically, I just strangled myself with words like "YOU'RE AN IDIOT".

She said that we'll have to report to the minister of something something.

And all I said was Okay.

This scam thing is the worst thing anyone ever did to me. I'm soft! I'll believe most things you say. So don't lie to me! \( > A < )/

I don't have an appetite, my stomach feels so sick, my heart feels as if it's chained to a 50kg weight. I can't do much anymore and I keep getting stuck in a daze.

Tasukete... (i^i)

Down in the Dumps...

Moped around all day today - well mostly. I'm just so bummed out about the scam I've fallen for. The disappointment is more than my heart could take.

And the worse part is that it wasn't my money that got robbed but my mother's. I would've mind less if I was the only one involved. But tricking me and my mother? Crushing the hopes of a kid? That's just crossing the line. How heartless can you get?

Allow me to be dramatic for this post, please. That's the only way I'll get by. =_=

I don't know what to do anymore. Even KanzentaiCell's cover of Tsukema Tsukeru wasn't enough to lift my spirits up. Neither did Na-chan from UtaPri. I couldn't even move on to watching the second ep of the series. +_+

Usually when my heart is burdened, I lie down on a bed - any bed - and cover my head with a pillow. Then, I'll drift into sleep. It may take two hours, it may take 15 minutes... but when I wake up, I'll have to face my troubles head on. And if I feel as if I'm not ready, I would always lie back down and close my eyes.. and just escape everything.

The thing that frustrates me more than actually being scammed is that I actually suspected something. I knew something was up. But I denied my senses. I refused to believe in my intuition. I guess a woman(?)'s intuition is never wrong afterall - and this is what I get for doubting that.

I guess I'm just being tested. C'est la vie, I guess?

AFKL SCAM.

AFKL - Anime Fiesta Kuala Lumpur. The biggest piece of BS I have ever heard of.

AND YET I STILL FALL FOR IT. GARRGGGHH! (╯`Д´)╯︵ ┻━┻

My mother bought me three of the Superpass-es as thanks for helping her transcribe her audio file thingy. Cost her RM158 in total (plus the shipping fees).

I was so excited. My heart was fluttering, and my eyes were sparkling for three days straight. But for some reason... something didn't feel quite right.

Now, from the beginning, I had suspicious feelings towards this event. With it's outrageous claims about bringing Hatsune Miku and whatnot, it didn't seem very realistic... However, I brushed the suspicions away.

I was never interested in the Miku concert because although I am a vocaloid fan, I'm not very much into concerts. That's why I didn't pay attention to the ticket prices for the concert. The only thing I did pay attention to was to the Superpass.

What attracted me to the event was the fact that they were using 4 halls at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC). That made me very much excited, because I went to last year's Comic Fiesta which had 2 halls. Imagine what it would be like with double of that?!

And so, I was blinded by their false claim.

I believed. I hoped and held faith. But now... my dreams... everything...crushed.

Fck you, scammers. FCK YOU. 凸(`⌒´ãƒ¡)凸
