The pain from the first 3-4 days has little to no affect on me now. I think I'm getting used to it. Now, I don't think as it as such a bother as much as before. It actually feels quite fun.
During the 5-7th (ish) day, my knee felt weird, but I think that was because of my problems when I was a kid. Now it's all good, though. My ankle feels a little sore right after jumping, but if you let it rest for about 10-15 minutes, it feels as though nothing has ever happened.
I'm hoping in time, I could do more jumps and strengthen my leg strength. Also, heighten my metabolism if it were possible. ( = 3 =)
